BASE CAMP ADVENTURE TRAILERS

Just because we drive way out into the middle of nowhere doesn't mean we shouldn't bring a little built-in comfort and convenience along.  Everything in this trailer is designed to make your trip more enjoyable. The Roof Top Tent and Awning are mounted on a lift frame that travels in a lowered position for less wind resistance and to keep the center of gravity lower. When you set up camp it raises up 20" so people can walk under the Tent and Awning. There are Storage Drawers in the front box that allow you to keep your camping equipment and tools handy and organized. In the same compartment is a 12 volt Refrigerator on a pull out drawer that is powered by the built in Solar. (No more soggy food from melted ice in the cooler!)  On the other side of the box is where clothing and bedding are safely stored ready for use. All these things and more, were taken into account when we designed the Bristlecone Trailer. Check out these other features....

For cooking, the kitchen includes a 2 burner CampChef Explorer Stove that can put out 30,000 btu's per burner. That's more than enough heat for any weather! The stove slides out on it's own drawer. Here it is being tested with Hot Dogs and Lousiana Hot Links.

The Stove works with all of the CampChef 14 inch Accessories (GrillBox, Pizza Oven, Griddle and others). It's like we packed 10 pounds of stuff into a 5 pound box! It will also have a dedicated storage box for the 14 inch accessories next to the stove for easy access.

To complete the Kitchen layout, there is a dedicated storage area in the front box designed to hold a WalMart type folding table (30"x60") that can be set up under the awning for more prep or serving area if needed.

Who would guess that a complete Kitchen would extend 6 feet out of this door?

Once you are at your destination, another very important thing is being able to cook really great food without a lot of hassle. Did you notice that the 14 inch Accessories listed above included a Pizza Oven? How about eating your own fresh cooked Artisan Pizza and drinking a cold Craft Beer for lunch out in the wilderness?

With all this food prep going on, easy clean up is important. This is why we designed the Kitchen to include a stainless steel Counter Top, a stainless steel IKEA Sink (with Hot and Cold Water) and a built in drainboard.

Other items to be included but not installed yet in this photo are Cutlery and Dish Storage, a Microwave Oven (don't laugh, you will love it), and a slide out Pantry with spice rack.
